Hello! I am Dominique Brooks Mom, Coping and Resilience Coach, Professional School Counselor and Educator.

I am an experienced educator, professional school counselor and advocate for kids' mental health and well-being. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Masters Degree in Special Education and Professional School Counseling and have over 15 years of experience in the education and mental health field and most importantly as a parent. Lyft Kynd was born out of a passion for helping families navigate the often overwhelming world of emotional health. With years of hands-on experience in the classroom, as a professional school counselor and mom, I recognized a gap in the support available to empower parents to help their children navigate life’s struggles effectively. Parents are often out of the loop when it comes to support and resources and this realization led to the creation of a consulting service that not only offers expert guidance but also fosters a community of understanding and support.
